Fishing Transportation

When fishing there are a couple of ways that allow you to get around easier. They allow you to get farther away or into less fished areas, this means you can catch bigger or more fish.

There are two main ways of getting around, Kayaks and Boats. Kayaks are cheaper and easier to carry but can reguire manual labor to power unless you have a powered one such as the Old Town Topwater Sportsman 106 MK. Boats cost more and are harder to transport but will get you farther and will have more room. A basic Fishing Kayak at around 10 feet will rn you about 600 dollars but can go up to lengths of about 16 and will cost around 6 thousand and even more if it have a trolling motor or pedal. Boats usually come in at around 18 feet at the lowest and at brand new around 18 thousand, but can go up to around 40 feet and up to millions of dollars. If you are going for bigger fish such as Catfish and Gar or going a long distance you will want a boat. Where as with Kayaks if you are just going fishing for fish such as Bass or trout a kayak is a better fit.
